Vapor sert une bonne nourriture à des prix raisonnables et propose un Happy Hour tous les soirs de 16h à 19h.

Map location is wrong
The bar cum restaurant is on street 240, but closer to the junction of street 19. Sitting here now and will try the food.

Relaxed & delicious...
This is an interesting, quieter alternative in Phnom Penh's gay scene: opens for breakfast early as a cafe/lunch venue and morphs into a relaxed bar/casual restaurant in the evening. The music isn't too loud, so conversation is flowing among locals, expats and visitors enjoying top quality drinks and a varied range snacks and meals...
