I visit yesterday afternoon around 1-4pm and not much going on at the place but I loved the set up at the top floor with beautiful garden on one side and the black leather chairs with black screen divider and perfect for quick play area. I would visit again but it has to be after work or late at night.

Visited this sauna on 19-09-2018. Located on a small alley, but easy to find. Got there already early in the afternoon, and the first hour I was the only one. But later some more men got in, and for sure I had some fun there. It's a really clean and nicely decorated, free bottle of water was provided. Don't expect a big towel, you just get a small one which is big enough to cover your private parts.

Clean sauna with bar. Mostly young locals. Locals are rather shy and don't speak foreign languages. Conversations I had were very basic...Not very busy when we were there. Very friendly staff and cheap drinks at the bar. Wifi free. No massage, only 2 electric chairs for small people and some massage tables for use by customers.

At the end of a vacation in Indochina, my partner and me - seasoned European travelers - spent a few days in Saigon. And ended up to visit this place twice as we liked it so much. Having never ever been in a sauna anywhere in Asia, we were surprised about the nice and clean place in a Europeanish building with a somewhat lordly staircase giving access to the upper floors ending in a tropical rooftop garden. We chose the "full body scrub" or how the program was called for 15 $. Nice experience! After the treatment there was much fun for both of us. The spacious jacuzzi is a few meters long. Myself, I am not to keen on spending time in the dry sauna or the steam room. Still, the extended dark area with a few mock leather sofas and a small private, lockable area allowed enough fun. What appeared strange to us was the little cinema with a few rows of sofas where the locals watched regular subtitled movies. This room had no ventilation and stood out with a smell of an old potato cellar. The personnel was super friendly and changed the towel upon request, as this piece of textile comes in the size of a washrag and is not suited to cover half of a European waist. The bartenders offer some cold drink from a suspender and there was plenty of free sliced fruits, which however could not match the quality of those on the markets. We wondered, why they do not make any effort to make some extra money by offering any drinks or cocktails? Altogether, the place is really worth to visit. After having tried other places, we returned again on our last day in Saigon - for another full treatment.

A decent, well designed specific sauna for gay in HCMC. Mostly clean and they provide very small tower (which is great to me). Dark room, wet/dry sauna is acceptable. You should try cinema room, jacuzzi and must clim up to the rooftop for the view. Anw, worth the value.
