Best massage
Location on the map is a bit different. It locates on the same side of Millennium Hotel. Press 4 on the elevator button.
Sanitation and skill is very good.

Not so great spa
I visited this spa yesterday. I didn't have a difficult time finding it. Rode a taxi from Junction City to Triple Six Condo. Went inside and pressed #4 in the elevator (which is located after a few steps in the stairs) and I was there. The scent wasn't very good the moment I entered. I chose a VIP room for an additional charge of 5,000 MMK, but it was not that good either. There's a small shower and a small bed for massage. The bed and towels didn't smell nice. A total failure when it comes to ambience and scent. There's not much selection of masseurs. The one I chose did a not-so-bad massage, though. I will not go back.

LIME Spa is gone from Parami
I went on 21dec2017 to the address in Parami, found the original spot (house in background is still there), but the entire building is gone, the tree in foreground felled, and the area now a construction site.

The spa branch in Botatuang doesn't exist
There is no spa at Botatuang Township [31/37, Triple Six Condo (5/F), 54th street. In fact the street is very dodgy. I went up and down a couple of times, got strange looks from locals. Do not waste your time.

Lime Spa Yangon, Botatuang does indeed exist
It is hard to find, but I have been there more than once. The latest occasion was January 2018. I even found it twice in the dark - a difficult task. But if I can do it, anyone can. Professional & Relaxing!
I had a great Oil Massage for 90 minutes. It was professionally done. I would recommend this.

Excellent massage
Went today October 7th 2016. The massage was excellent. Lasted 90 min as advertised. The masseur was very good and really did an excellent proper massage. I tipped him 10'000 and got a nice thank you. I will go back, it is really a nice place and the masseur was cute too!
