lucca 390 (FERMÉ)

Lucca 390 bar has moved one floor up to the same level where you find the dance floor while renovation works are being carried out on the ground. Still lots of fun and new people to meet!

My wine tasted like water... Y50 for 1/3 of a glass. Only cash. Waiter moved my glass and told me to leave the table, said it was booked and turned the paper "It's booked!" A group of boys in front of me just laughing. Terrible experience. Never again.

Lucca is a fun gay bar and club. During the week it's a quiet gay bar that attracts a diverse crowd of both westerns and Asians. Drinks are decent and averaged price. Music is mostly pop and remixes, and they play mostly English music. On the weekends it gets busy! Its hard to move through the club with all the people. On the weekends, half the club is a bar/lounge with a smoking area out back. The other half is a dance floor with a upstairs balcony. There is a cover charge on the weekends. Most locals I talked to liked Lucca better as it attracts more white guys compared to Angel which is mostly Asians into Asians.

Just went there. Music was meh, not really nice music just tecno, which bored me quite soon. It was way too over crawded and over priced. Guys were nice to look at, a mixture of expats and chinese. You get a drink with your 80 ¥ ticket. The quality was fine. In short, I was expecting more from Shanghai, this pub was just average.

Was there on saturday 24 march 2018. Had a great night dancing and drinking with young crowd. The music and the bartender were great. The place is just awesome. Will come again. I came at 11pm and went out at 5am just incredible.

The entrance fee was 70 if I remember right. It's quite a nice place actually. I was there on February 10 2018, it was very crowded and lively. Saw many foreigners there. But what really sucked was the music!! Why wouldn't they play K-Pop or something that people actually listen to? We didn't dance much because of the music. SO DO SOMETHING ABOUT MUSIC, DEAR OWNERS!

Don't come here before 11pm as there will be super low crowd level. Overall music kinda suck n lighting can be improved. The crowd is mixed type - seriously not much handsome guy tonight on 2/6/2017..

Visited there about 24:00 on Friday night. It was crowded with young guys. Main stage was not that large but there were several other rooms where ppl can drink on the sofa. Facilities was kind of new and clean. But lighting lamp was lousy and music was just okay. More young ppl gather here compared with ICON (just my opinion). I enjoyed that night..will visit again if have a chance. :)

Went in around 9pm, total of like 5 guys in the bar. Came back around 11 and it started to get busier, the dance floor also super packed. Was a lot more fun than I expected. There was a foreign bartender as well which made the ordering process easier, although he didn't talk much. Lots of foreigners but also a big number of locals. Definitely feels more like a club than a bar, but was a really fun night. Also, buying a drink coupon here gave us a coupon to go to Happyness 42 and get a free drink - that was nice.

Good to see 390 Come back. Same place and layout as before. It was a lot of fun and the staff treat guests well. Well done. Left at 3 am and still full.

I visited this bar on 10th of September 2015. It is opening now, but not as crowded as much as weekends.

390 is currently closed. Supposedly reopening but timing is unknown.
