The Roost Boutique Hotel

The Roost Boutique Hotel is a small historic hotel in downtown Ocean Springs, within walking distance of Front Beach, local restaurants, shops, and galleries.

Set inside a restored landmark building, the hotel combines original architectural details with modern design. Rooms and suites feature custom furnishings, Walter Anderson artwork, plush bedding, locally roasted coffee, and D.S. & Durga soaps and Aveda bath products. Five upstairs suites open directly onto a covered gallery with seating and views over Porter Avenue and the oak canopy. Six downstairs suites are accessed from either the front porch or rear patio, offering easy access to the hotel’s outdoor spaces. The newer Oak House adds eight further suites, continuing the same focus on custom furnishings, rich wood details, and carefully considered interiors.

Outside, guests can use the heated plunge pool year-round, with loungers and a fireplace set beneath the trees. There is also Maringouin, a speakeasy-inspired cocktail and wine bar serving a creative drinks menu.
