The hotel is located a 45-minute ferry ride from Singapore Harbour Front International Terminal. It is just an hour's drive from the airport, 5 minutes' drive from Sekupang International Ferry Terminal in Batam, and about 25 minutes from the city of Nagoya. The beach hotel offers accommodation units in a Balinese style that have been personally and authentically designed. Hotel facilities include a lobby, restaurant, function rooms, karaoke rooms and wireless Internet access. Room and laundry services are offered for additional fees. There are 100 guest rooms in total. The hotel offers uniquely designed Balinese-style cottages. Some of them stand on stilts right on the beach, while the others are set on rolling hills. They all come complete with air conditioning, a fridge, TV, minibar and a private WC, bath and hot and cold water shower. There is an outdoor swimming pool and guests may relax in the saltwater hot tub or with a massage. A gym and pool/snooker facilities are also offered. Breakfast is served each morning and guests may select their lunch and dinner from set menus.
