Kimpton Aertson Hotel brings boutique style to Nashville’s Midtown, surrounded by bars and restaurants and close to Vanderbilt University. Its 180 rooms and 12 suites combine Carrara marble, industrial-style concrete ceilings, leather-stitch headboards, live-edge wood and original Hatch Show Print artwork, with views toward Vanderbilt or downtown.

The eighth-floor seasonal rooftop pool overlooks the university, while the adjacent 4,000-square-foot Woodhouse Spa offers massages, facials and body treatments. Guests also have access to a 24-hour gym, complimentary PUBLIC cruiser bikes, morning coffee and tea, and a hosted wine hour from 5–6pm.
