HQ Hostel Silom
I've stayed at HQ three times, and plan on returning there! It's one of the best backpacker places I've stayed at anywhere, and I've traveled on 4 continents, many countries, and dozens of cities around the world.
The staff are always friendly and helpful. The air conditioning is very good. The bathrooms are immaculately clean. Actually, everything there is clean! The location is excellent being within walking distance of the night life and Sala Daeng skytrain station which has an easy link to the airport express train. They offer luggage storage space for early check-out and late departure, and are absolutely honest!
I've met some awesome people from various places around the world! Gay or other, I recommend HQ to all travelers (just leave space for me!).

HQ Hostel Silom
Cheap and good. Well-located for the gay scene. Tons of shopping and dining options nearby.
