The very gay-friendly Hotel California is located in the heart of the historic Gothic Quarter. Guest rooms are relatively basic but comfortable and air-conditioned.
Most major tourist attractions can be reached within a few minutes' walk. The area has a huge number of cafés and restaurants as well as some fabulous shops. The gay bars and clubs in Eixample are about a 15-minute walk away.
